A Summa Cum Laude graduate in Baking and Pastry Arts at Johnson & Wales, I was also honored to be voted into the Silver Key Honor Society by my Johnson & Wales peers. From Johnson & Wales I exercised my creativity as a pastry chef at Cafe Nuovo in Providence making elegant and delicious plated desserts. Working at PB Boulangerie & Bistro, the well known French Bakery on Cape Cod, discipline and perfection were a must.

In 2007 Sweet Possibilities LLC was started in Connecticut where I sold exquisite products to high end restaurants and natural food stores. 2014 brought me back to my beloved RI where I had previously lived for many years. There I was once again inspired by a friend where I created and began selling a new product, Almond Flax Snax. At the request of customers for an on the go bar, the Almond Flax Superfood Energy Bar was created and introduced in 2016.  It quickly became a "Top 100" seller at Whole Foods Market in RI. Passion for creativity brought the creation of three more flavors. Almond Chai, Hike & Bike, and Espresso Perfect Energy Bars. 

Transitioning the bar brand from Sweet Possibilities LLC to seemed a natural progression. Clean Energy Bars are now shipped throughout the United States and sprinkled among local stores in New England.

As the creative journey continues so do the passion infused products.​
